The VibeMate app from Lovense is an innovative mobile browser with built-in Lovense functionality and unique features that allow you to take your web surfing experience to a new level.

Features include:

-- Create and customize a feed of your favorite streamers and get notifications when they're online

You do not need a Lovense toy to use VibeMate. If you have a Lovense toy, you will have access to other features in VibeMate, like playing vibration patterns or syncing your toy to streamers while using the app.

You don't need a Lovense account to use VibeMate. Accessing most features does not require logging in. If you log in to VibeMate with your Lovense account, you can backup your data to ensure you don't lose track of your favorite bookmarks.

You can sync your Lovense toy with a cam model while watching their stream on Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, or Cam4. You can play vibration patterns while surfing the web or viewing any other type of content you enjoy.

This feature allows users to sync their Lovense toys to cam models' toys. and feel what they feel. When the model gets a tip, synced toys will react the same as the model's toys.

Currently, only Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, and Cam4 support "Sync to streamer". When you visit a website that supports this feature, you will see the "Sync to streamer" floating icon.

Models must stream from Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, or Cam4 using the new version of Lovense Cam Extension for you to sync with them.

Yes, tap the floating icon, then tap the list-icon to see the list of models you can sync with on that cam site.

Currently, you can get online notifications from models on Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, and Cam4. Bookmark the model's streaming page, and when they start streaming, you will receive a notification.

Yes. Go to the Me tab and tap "Settings" then "Notifications" to adjust your notification settings.

1. Press and hold the toy’s button to turn it on. A light will begin flashing to indicate it is turned on.

2. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth. Open VibeMate and go to the Toys tab.

3. Tap + to begin searching for the toy. After your toy is found, tap "Done". The toy's light will stay on to indicate it is connected. Now you are ready to play patterns or sync with your favorite streamer.

You can connect up to two toys to VibeMate at a time.

This is a requirement implemented by Google for connecting to all Bluetooth Low Energy devices on Android.

Try these tips:

a. Go to your phone's Bluetooth manager, un-pair ALL Bluetooth devices (you can add them again later), and restart your phone.

b. Make sure you are trying to connect your toy to only one phone at a time.

c. Don’t run the app in the background as it may cause disconnections. Run it in the foreground without your screen auto-locking.

d. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If possible, try to use VibeMate on a different phone to see if the problem persists.

You can adjust each toy’s strength in the app. After connecting the toy, tap "Edit" underneath the toy’s name and see the Toy Strength option.

“Delete from my phone” will remove the bookmarks data synced to your phone. “Delete from server” will remove the bookmarks data synced to our servers (you won't be able to sync this data on a different phone, for example).
